Position Overview
Daisy Brand is looking for a sharp, motivated technician to join our Replenishment Team -someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and wants to build a long-term career in a modern distribution environment.
The Replenishment Technician owns a full range of warehousing functions from operating automated palletizing and blast cooling equipment to forklift operation, pallet staging, and order fulfillment. You'll work within an RFID-based inventory system and play a direct role in keeping product moving accurately and efficiently.
We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications, starting at $23.50/hour. Additionally, technicians are eligible for 10% premium pay on off-hours work and 15% premium pay on weekend work.
This is a full-time role supporting a 24/7 operation, averaging 45 hours per week.

Shifts Available
- Schedule rotation may be required for the first 3 months for training purposes.
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- 1st Shift: 5:30am – 4:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 4:00pm – 2:30am
- Operate sit-down forklifts to transport pallets between rack staging areas and designated locations
- Work within automated inventory tracking systems to maintain accuracy
- Operate, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on palletizers, conveyors, and blast coolers
- Pick cases accurately for customer orders
- Load and unload trucks and inspect outgoing shipments against specifications
- Read, follow, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain product rotation, quality control, and inventory accuracy
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), housekeeping standards, and safe work procedures
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or college coursework a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center using powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack, stock picker, etc.) preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and solid troubleshooting instincts
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems on the fly
- Clear communicator — comfortable both written and verbal
- Comfortable learning and working within warehouse management and inventory systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a cold environment (34°F)
