Job Description:
This role reports to the Operations Manager/Site Leader II and requires attention to detail, a strong focus on quality and safety. The Warehouse Associate will perform various tasks including picking and packing products for shipment, cleaning reusable containers using industrial washers, completing rework tasks as assigned, and other duties required by supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack products according to customer order specifications.
- Clean reusable shipping and storage containers using industrial washers.
- Complete rework tasks as assigned.
- Perform other warehouse duties as required by supervisors.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 pounds regularly.
Competencies:
- Attention to detail.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
Equipment and Tools:
- Radiofrequency scanners.
- Packing tape dispenser.
- Pallet jack.
- Industrial pallet washing machine.
Safety and Security:
- Follow Daiso USA safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
