General Responsibilities For Each Available Position:

Team Member- Hospitality

YOU are an ambassador of the Dairy Queen Brand! Our Hospitality Team Members enthusiastically greet and welcome customers and strive to exceed customer expectations!

In this position you will be trained to take orders, process payments, and fulfill orders. With training you will be able to assist fans with menu navigation and product ingredient questions. While no former experience is required, we are looking for Team Members that demonstrate strong social skills, and maintain a positive, safe, clean, inviting environment and overall passion for excellence for our customers and Team Members.

Team Member- Chill

This position is focused on making our sweet treats for our customers. In this role, you will be trained to prepare each of our treats according to standard including Dairy Queen's famous soft serve curl. While no former experience is required, we are looking for Team Members that demonstrate a strong work ethic, teamwork, hustle mentality, and maintain a positive, safe, clean, inviting environment and overall passion for excellence for our customers and Team Members.

Team Member- Grill

This position is focused on preparing our food. In this role, you will be trained to make products in every position in our kitchen. You will gain the skills needed to prepare great food quickly for hundreds of customers daily. While no former experience is required, we are looking for Team Members that demonstrate a strong work ethic, teamwork, hustle mentality, and maintain a positive, safe, clean, inviting environment and overall passion for excellence for our customers and Team Members.

Requirements For All Positions:

• Communicate positively with fans and co-workers constantly during shifts
• Work well under pressure packed situations while maintaining a great attitude
• Comfortable standing for entire shift and able to lift 50 pounds
• Practice established food handling procedures and meet any local health regulations
• Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene and uniform standards
• Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
