Job Description:
The Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring a high level of hospitality and service standards are met at all times. Responsible for managing the work shift and managing the team during shifts. Responsible for training and developing the shift team.
Essential Functions:
·Ensures all shift procedures and work orders are completed in a timely manner.
·Coordinates work shift with other departments and vendors.
·Coordinates work shift with production, quality control, shipping, and installation departments.
·Coordinates work shift with other departments.
·Coordinates work shift with other departments.
·Coordidates work orders with customers and vendors.
·Assists in training new employees on shift procedures and duties.
·Performs other duties as assigned by manager to ensure effective operation of the business.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience. College degree preferred
Certification: No experience required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
