Position Overview
As a Crew Member, you’ll be the heart of the restaurant—serving great food, creating memorable guest experiences, and keeping the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve DQ food and treats with accuracy and consistency
- Provide quick, friendly, and positive customer service
- Take orders, operate the POS system, and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment at all times
- Restock supplies, support prep work, and assist teammates as needed
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling guidelines
- Work as part of a team to keep service fast and efficient
