Crew Team Members -

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver fast, friendly service to every guest
• Prepare food and treats to DQ standards
• Follow service language and suggestive selling guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Support your team during peak hours

• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working on your feet
• Team-focused and guest-driven

No experience required. We provide structured training from day one.

Shift LeadersWhat You’ll Do:

• Lead shifts and set the pace for speed and service
• Coach team members in real time
• Manage cash handling and daily procedures
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and uniform standards
• Help drive sales and control labor

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior restaurant or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions
• Leads by example — not from the sidelines
