Responsibilities

- Assist in menu planning by providing input on grilling techniques and ingredient selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
- Support food preparation activities, including marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients for optimal flavor and presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of quality
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients used in grilling and communicate needs for restocking
Skills
- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary aide practices
- Proven ability in menu planning with an understanding of fine dining presentation techniques
