General Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of the establishment's operations, including staff management, customer service, and food production.
• Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a strong team that aligns with company values.
• Develop training programs to enhance employee skills in cooking, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and safety in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize POS systems effectively for inventory management and sales tracking.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry or hotel sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Experience in interviewing and hiring processes.
• Knowledge of food production techniques and safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
