- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Train, develop, and mentor staff on food safety practices, customer service, and operational procedures
- Lead shift management by coordinating staff schedules, ensuring smooth service flow during peak hours
- Enforce food handling protocols and safety regulations to maintain compliance with health standards
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and assist in interviewing potential team members for hiring

- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants
