Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an ambassador for the Dairy Queen brand, ensuring professionalism in all aspects.
• Enthusiastically greet and welcome fans, striving to exceed their expectations.
• Develop and manage the restaurant's business plan to optimize sales and profit.
• Hire, train, and coach a motivated team of up to 60 coworkers to create a productive work environment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and clean atmosphere for both fans and team members.
• Implement effective food safety training and practices.
• Resolve fan concerns calmly, adhering to Dairy Queen’s service recovery standards.
• Ability to handle issues that arise and shift your priorities as needed throughout your shift.
• Enhance restaurant sales through innovative marketing promotions.
• Ordering and inventory control.
• Meet Labor and COGS goals provided.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage costs effectively.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices; ServSafe® certification is a plus.
• Excellent coaching and employee development skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Scheduling:

Our store managers are typically scheduled 40-45 hours per week and consistently have 2 days off per week. You receive time and a half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
