Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality customer service.
• Supervise and motivate staff, including training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as PAR POS; perform cash handling duties with integrity.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
• Assist with shift management by scheduling staff efficiently and ensuring proper coverage during busy hours.
• Support food safety management practices, including sanitation procedures and compliance with health regulations.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for increased sales and improved profitability.
• Lead staff training initiatives focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.
• Foster a team-oriented environment that emphasizes hospitality management, culinary excellence, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience in the food industry or hospitality management roles.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, team training, and customer interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively during shift management
• Proven leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, supervising staff training & development, and fostering a positive team environment.
• Knowledge of food production processes

WEEKLY PAY.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
