Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Your ability to work collaboratively with team members while delivering high-quality service will contribute to our customers' overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the POS system & cash register.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food handling and safety guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
• Engage with customers to promote menu items through effective upselling techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and coworkers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
