Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their dining experience
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency
- Upsell menu items to boost sales and maximize customer satisfaction through friendly suggestions
- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations
- Support food industry standards by practicing proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail math is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor
- Ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and sales upselling techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in quick service & fast food restaurants or cafes is preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
