We are seeking energetic and motivated Crew Members to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Prepare food items efficiently, following safety and quality standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and ensuring food safety compliance
- Assist with food handling, food preparation, and basic kitchen tasks to support team operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle food safely, follow sanitation procedures, and maintain cleanliness standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
