The DQ Crew Members at Dairy Queen are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. This role is essential for ensuring a positive dining experience for customers and involves collaboration with team members to deliver timely service while adhering to food safety regulations. The role will be for both cashier and grill, and we are seeking 2-3 crew members to join our quality and customer-driven team.

Responsibilities:

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance
• Greet and welcome customers to Dairy Queen
• Assist customers with menu navigation or questions
• Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver customer-first quality service
• Calmly solve customer concerns
• Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members
• Prepare treat products following food, health, and safety standards and procedures
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for customers and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers during shifts, enabling teamwork and optimal customer service
• Work well under pressure-packed situations while maintaining a great attitude
• Comfortable standing for entire shift and able to lift 50 pounds
• Practice established food handling procedures and meet any local health regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
