Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream treats, including sundaes, cones, and specialty desserts with precision and creativity
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- stock and maintain product in your area.
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas and adhere to health safety standards at all times
- Be a team player
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math tasks
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during peak hours including weekends if necessary; enthusiasm for working with desserts and creating memorable experiences
