The Role
Working as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Dairy Queen is more than just a job — it’s a chance to lead, grow, and make a real impact. You’ll support the daily operations of Dairy Queen, focusing on customer service, team management, and driving business success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Dairy Queen
- Handle scheduling, training, and supervision of 5–10 employees
- Monitor sales growth, assist with inventory, and maintain store standards
- Ensure consistent delivery of "Clean Places, Friendly Faces"
- Be ready to step in across the store and restaurant as needed
- Use budgets and P&L statements to make smart operational decisions

Requirements
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- At least 2 years of experience in a management role within retail, food service, convenience stores, or similar industries
- Experience managing $1M in annual sales
- Strong understanding of budgets and P&L statements
- Proven experience in supervising and training staff
- Valid Driver’s License
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
