Duties
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to ensure timely food preparation
- Manage customer transactions by processing cash, credit card payments, and handling cash register operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve the customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas and dining spaces, ensuring sanitation standards are met at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong food handling knowledge and understanding of food safety management practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards in food prep areas
- Retail sales experience or background in the food industry is advantageous but not required
