Night Shift Leader (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We are looking for energetic, dependable, and motivated leaders to join our team! Our Shift Leaders work alongside the crew while leading the restaurant during evening and closing shifts. What You'll Do:

• Lead and direct team members during assigned evening and closing shifts.
• Assign positions and adjust workflow based on business needs.
• Work alongside the team in every restaurant position including front counter, drive-thru, grill, chill, food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and closing duties.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Coach, motivate, and support team members while creating a positive and accountable work environment.
• Complete customer transactions accurately and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Monitor product quality, restaurant standards, and employee productivity throughout the shift.
• Complete opening/closing responsibilities, shift paperwork, checklists, and communicate important information to management.
• Follow and help enforce the Shift Leader Manual, Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and food safety standards.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, customer concerns, employee concerns, and unusual situations to management.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned by upper management or ownership.
• Shift Leaders are expected to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to assist wherever needed to support restaurant operations, team success, and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Must have a dependable transportation plan and be able to consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Reliability and attendance are essential functions of this position.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and perform every position within the restaurant.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and closing shifts as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to complete required company training and food safety certifications.
