We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our day shift team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our café operates smoothly. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness in the café area, including dining spaces, kitchen, and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong food preparation skills with attention to detail in presentation and quality.

Requirements:
- This option is looking for employees who can commit to day shifts in the upcoming fall season in addition to current employment. Please refrain if you are a student that will be unavailable during the day in the fall.
