What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front crew memebers/cooks position at Dairy Queen (Andrews, Tx)?
Front crew members are responsible for helping customers, making different ice cream and/or drink products for them in a timely manner. Other times you will be responsible for delivering their order to them at their table or vehicle. Daily cleaning is also required. Must be friendly and have good communication skills. Need to be able to make and count change for customers. Must be reliable and on time. Raises are on based on performance.
Cooks responsibilities include cooking and dressing burgers/sandwiches, frying foods, maintain a clean work area. We are a fast paced business, so you must be able to handle pressure and get orders out quickly. Daily cleaning is also required. Must have good communication skills. Raises are based on performance.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
