What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Worker position at Dairy Fresh Farms Inc?
Dairy Fresh Farms is a leader in business-to-business dairy product delivery. We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Associate. Currently in our Port Orchard, WA facility, There is 1 opening in the variable temperature section of the warehouse for someone that is able to work in a variable temperature environment which includes a range from sub-zero to 40 degree F temperatures, load and unload milk, and other dairy products, use a hand truck and a pallet jack, can work in a fast-paced environment, and can use a computer.
Initial job duties include:
- Receive freight following specific procedures
- Put freight away into the refrigerator or freezer section of the warehouse
- Load route trucks with product using load sheets
- Unload route trucks
Qualified worker will be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis, be able to follow specified load sheets for multiple route trucks and be reliable and able to work in variable temperature environments including a sub-zero freezer.
Pay range is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Medical, Dental, and Vision is available after a short waiting period from start date. 401K with 25% employer matching is available after 1 year. 40 hours of vacation will be paid after 1 year of employment.
