Dairy Fresh Farms is a family-owned company with over 50 years of operations throughout Western Washington and Oregon. We specialize in milk and ice cream delivery to grocery stores and local convenience stores. We are immediately hiring for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in our Seattle, WA depot.
Position Overview We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys meeting new people, and excels at closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Development — Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management — Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations — Deliver product/service demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Territory Management — Plan and execute a strategic approach to maximize sales within assigned regions.
- Pipeline Tracking — Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities.
- Negotiation & Closing — Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Feedback — Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
- SKU Priority – Develop existing business through schematic integrity, supporting planogram resets at store level, and prioritizing right mix of SKU’s based on sales data.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with travel within assigned territory
- Cold Call Selling Experience Preferred
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience
