What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Material Handler position at Dairy Farmers of America?
- Use the yard truck to move trailers from one area to another in the yard
- Use a forklift to load and unload materials that need to be moved to or from the production area
- Track expiration dates on product being moved to production making sure that no outdated product is used
- Count inventory on a weekly and monthly basis reporting quantities to warehouse clerk
- Help receivers unload trucks if needed
- Stock production supplies in production area
- Keep accurate inventory counts on all supplies
- Maintain a clean environment in the warehouse and production area
- Basic Knowledge of Excel
This person must be self motivated, detail oriented, and willing to be flexible as to their schedule. Must be honest and hard working. There will be a drug test and background check.
