Educational Requirements: Incoming Sophomore or above, including graduate students
Desired Degree Focus: Industrial engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, food science, business

- Learn the production process and product flows
- Work on projects to improve efficiency in any of the following areas: Safety, Quality, CIP, Yield, Downtime
- Partner with other departments to work on plant initiatives
- Learn and apply basic lean manufacturing principles: 5S, root cause analysis, KPI tracking
