- Keep salt solution properly mixed for production to meet quality standards.
- Monitor churns to ensure they are operating within correct specifications.
- Maintain accurate and legible records of pasteurized cream, butter production, and added ingredients.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in directing the flow of product to specific fillers.
- Check and maintain footbath sanitizer, hand soap dispensers, and paper towels.
