- Be a leader on the floor.
- Oversees loadout
- Checks trailers, seals trailers, and performs necessary trailer and driver paperwork.
- Oversees the running of production for cooler and caseroom.
- Maintains records.
- Basic DMS responsibilities, scanners.
- Maintains and assist with cooler inventory when needed.
- Assist with trailers and usage.
- Must be forklift certified.
- Basic computer and Excel experience helpful.
- Follow company guidelines and training.
- Work as a team player in a team atmosphere.
- Reports directly to Cooler Manager
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous supervisory experience a plus
- Willing to learn and be leader.
- Be a company representative who leads and uses the guiding principles.
