What are the responsibilities and job description for the Batcher position at Dairy Farmers of America?
General Job duties:
This individual will formulate different products using a computer and blending system.
Some repetitive lifting of up to 60-pound ingredient bags is required. Must be able to follow precise directions and keep accurate records. When not formulating, you will be cleaning the processing and batching system equipment and work areas. Will also help the pasteurizer as needed. This position may be asked to work a rotating weekend schedule.
This person must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to be flexible as to their schedule. Must be honest and hard working. There will be a drug test, physical and background check.
Applicant must agree to work according to Good Manufacturing Practices. Must be a high school graduate and at least 18 years of age.
This is a full-time permanent position with.
Schedule: 12 HR Shifts, some weekends 3 on 3 off ,4 on 4 off
Shift: days 5:00am to 5:30pm
Nights 5:00pm to 5:30am
