Richmond Beverage Solutions has immediate job openings for a Processing Assistant: Operate all production equipment at or above production and quality standards and CIP systems.

DUTIES:
- MAKE MIX/BATCHING FOR UHT AND ASEPTIC SYSTEMS.
- SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN UHT AND ASEPTIC PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND ALL ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
- SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN ASSOCIATED RAW AND PASTEURIZED EQUIPMENT (TANKS, LINES, BATCH SYSTEMS, etc.)
- PERFORM ASSIGNED PM’s, REBUILD VALVES,PUMPS AND HOMOGENIZER, ETC.
- OPERATE AND CIP SEPARATOR AND OTHER ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT
- LIFT 50 TO 100 LBS. ON A REPETITIVE BASIS.
- WORK IN HOT, HUMID CONDITIONS.
- COMPLETE AND MAINTAIN ALL ASSOCIATED RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY, STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIRMENTS.
- ADHERE TO ALL GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES.DUTIES AS ASSIGN

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Production or general work experienced preferred
Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
Able to effectively work in a team environment
Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and
decimals
Must be able to read, write and speak English
