Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
- Manage POS system SmartTab for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
- Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Experience in retail math, basic math calculations for cash handling and sales reporting is essential.
