Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Serves as back up to Route Drivers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESLoad and accurately inventory product and equipment ordersMaintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests to fill customer ordersMaintain quality service by following organization standardsMaintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsProvide great Communication Skills with employeesSafely use warehouse equipment, including forklift, and performed basic repairsCounted inventory to determine supply needsCheck dates on product and pull all expired productsServes as back up to Route Drivers.Drive company-owned vans and trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products and equipment to customers.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Want to see what the job is really like?
