Dainty USA is bringing more than 140 years of manufacturing excellence to the United States with the launch of our new production facility in Batavia, Ohio. We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to build and lead our warehouse operation, supporting a growing manufacturing business from start-up through full production.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager - USA Operations, you'll oversee all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and warehouse systems. You'll build a high-performing team while driving safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
- Build, coach, and develop a strong warehouse team.
- Drive inventory accuracy, material flow, and on-time customer deliveries.
- Develop warehouse processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR to support production and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, FSMA, GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards.
Qualifications
- 5 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and shipping operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience preferred.
- Start-up or facility expansion experience is an asset.
