- Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, risk, credit, compliance, IT) to elicit, document, and refine business requirements.
- Analyze workflows (borrower group data gathering, decisioning automations, approval processes and transaction documentation) and translate findings into opportunities for improvements of data quality and operational efficiencies.
- Serve as subject matter expert for credit decisioning system functionality
- Coordinate new product setups with point of sale, contract funding and contract management support teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, risk, credit, compliance, IT) to elicit, document, and refine business requirements.
- Analyze workflows (borrower group data gathering, decisioning automations, approval processes and transaction documentation) and translate findings into opportunities for improvements of data quality and operational efficiencies.
- Serve as subject matter expert for decisioning system functionality
- Coordinate new product setups with point of sale, contract funding and contract management support teams
- Partner with IT teams to design, test and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes.
- Partner with credit, risk and compliance teams to monitor decision relevant regulatory changes and implement required updates.
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to credit teams.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services.
- Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot, validate, and optimize system logic.
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirements of documentation, process modeling, and functional specifications.
- Basic understanding of AI-assisted workflows, including prompt formulation, summarization, and research support.
- Experience with off-the-shelf, in-house developed credit decision systems or related platform solutions is a plus.
- Background in automotive finance or equipment leasing industries.
- Knowledge of consumer and commercial credit agencies and scoring/rating processes.
