In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring an outstanding client experience by supporting financial advisors, managing day-to-day service operations, and helping to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth and professional onboarding process
- Prepare and process client documentation, including account forms and investment transactions, in collaboration with financial advisors
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate client meetings by managing schedules, preparing materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives designed to enhance client satisfaction and engagement
- Monitor and report on client feedback and service trends to support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a client service or administrative role within the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred
