Specifically, the individual in this position:1) delivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employees by matching the skills of temporaries to customer needs2) develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service3) performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performance. Additionally, the On-Site Supervisor may supervise one or more On-site Staffing Specialists.Work Hours: Must work Weekends 530am to 2PM & Monday-Wednesday 10am-7pmPRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESMust be able to speak, read, and write in fluent Spanish and EnglishEffectively meeting the temporary help and/or training needs of a major SURGE ClientDelivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employeesDevelops and retains business by providing outstanding customer servicePerforms a variety of administrative tasksMonitor attendance of employeesProcess and assist with Workers Compensation claimsReconcile invoices from all vendorsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSHigh School diploma requiredProven leadership/success in a previous managerial roleExceptional customer service skills and the ability to build/enhance successful business partnershipsMinimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service experienceMust have great communication and customer service skillsMust have administrative skillsExperience in performing background checks, I 9, and E VerifyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and InternetIf interested please apply.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERSurge is an equal opportunity employer.
