Our client is a leading Registered Investment Advisory firm headquartered in Southern California with affiliate offices nationwide. The firm provides investment and wealth management services to institutions (endowments, foundations), HNW & UHNW individuals, and families.
The firm is seeking Wealth Advisors in Greensboro, NC. Wealth Advisors are responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management advice and building long-term relationships with clients. The role partners closely with high-net-worth individuals and families to develop personalized financial strategies and help clients make the most informed decisions related to their wealth. Wealth Advisors that join this firm leverage an industry-leading strategic platform of one of the largest and most successful RIAs in the country.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing best-in-class client experience.
- Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needs evolve.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor
- Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth
- Background in a wire-house, independent broker-dealer, bank, or RIA environment
- Financial planning experience preferred
- CFP®, CFA, or other professional designations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred
- Key attributes of the successful candidate include excellent communication (written and verbal), organization and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with a team, yet be a self-starter. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, sales-minded, self-motivated and multi-faceted to help grow our business.
Compensation
Competitive base pay ($150,000–$175,000) plus an attractive revenue share and a meaningful cash equity partner —structured to maximize upside for high producers.
