Duties
- Assist the sales team with order processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate and other accounting software
- Support sales team tasks such as filing, document proofreading, calendar management, and organizing meetings or appointments
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or email, providing excellent customer support and ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform routine sales tasks.
- Support bookkeeping activities by reconciling accounts and managing invoices with attention to detail
- Assist with personal assistant duties such as calendar management and scheduling to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy for data entry and document proofreading
