As we continue to expand our integrated ecosystem, we’re looking for a Business Operations Lead (BizOps Lead) to architect the systems, processes, and data frameworks that drive growth across our marketing, sales, and product platforms.

This role sits at the heart of our Growth & Transformation team, translating strategic vision into execution and ensuring that Vacatia operates on a single, data-driven source of truth. You’ll partner cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Product to lead initiatives like our Unified Customer Profile (UCP), lifecycle analytics, and AI-enabled business insights, building the connective tissue that keeps the organization aligned, efficient, and future-ready.

Your Impact

  • Lead the Unified Customer Profile (UCP) initiative and related transformation projects that unify data, insights, and performance tracking

  • Translate strategic objectives into operational roadmaps that align teams and systems around shared growth outcomes
  • Define and automate business and funnel metrics that guide Vacatia’s marketing and sales performance
  • Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance structures that enable better, faster decision-making
  • Partner with IT and Product to strengthen data pipelines, integrations, and system scalability
  • Drive cross-functional execution by managing timelines, dependencies, and accountability across stakeholders
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence and data-informed decision-making across the Growth & Transformation organization


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred

  • 7 years in business operations, revenue operations, or strategic program management, ideally within technology, hospitality, or consumer industries
  • Advanced analytical and technical fluency including SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Proven ability to connect data, systems, and people to deliver measurable impact
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder alignment skills with comfort leading through influence in a matrixed organization
  • Passion for driving transformation and scaling operational systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments
