We’re looking for a Special Projects Coordinator to support the Resort Manager and Maintenance Department at Vacation Village at Parkway. In this role, you will help coordinate resort-wide projects, support maintenance initiatives, oversee work orders, and contribute to the safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction of the property.

Pay Rate: $19/hr
What You’ll Do
Assist Manager with property projects, maintenance initiatives, and operational needs
- Support repairs, asset protection, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and guest units
- Participate in preventative maintenance programs and routine inspections
- Respond to guest requests professionally, promptly, and with exceptional service
- Identify maintenance concerns, evaluate conditions, and recommend solutions
- Follow Daily Management, Inc. standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Front Desk, and other teams
- Maintain safe work practices and comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Support emergency procedures, reporting, and safety compliance
- Assist with lock security processes, paint inventory, and project-related supplies
- Manage work orders, track progress, and communicate updates with leadership
- Participate in state inspections and ensure completion of required improvements
- Plan, prioritize, and organize daily tasks to support operational efficiency
- Attend department and resort meetings as required
Perform other duties as assigned by management
What You Bring
3 years of hospitality, timeshare or resort experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Effective communicator across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
