Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in food preparation areas.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
- Engage with customers to promote new products and upsell menu items effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- 6 months of Fast paced drive thru experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and beverage crafting.
- A valid Food Handlers permit
- A valid driver's license.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Independence and initiative.
- The ability to remember repeat customers' orders.
- Proficiency in using espresso machines and other coffee equipment.

Pay: $17.13 - $42.00 per hour
