Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide behavior analytic services across home, community, and facility-based settings in and around Tulare, CA. This full-time hybrid role includes in-person work in Tulare and surrounding areas, with some tasks performed from home such as report writing, data analysis, and telehealth consultation as appropriate. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based strategies grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The BCBA will provide caregiver and staff training, monitor treatment integrity, and adjust interventions based on ongoing data review. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining clear documentation, and adhering to professional and ethical guidelines set by the BACB and relevant regulator
y bodies.Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and evaluating behavior intervention plans.
- Minimum 2 years with BCBA or BCaBA

- Skills in caregiver training, including the ability to coach direct support staff using clear, practical strategies.
- Knowledge Behavior Management principles applicable to adults and individuals in group homes or community care facilities.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing and adherence to BACB ethical and professional standards.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with neurodiverse individuals, including those with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or complex behavioral needs.
- Proficiency in data collection, graphing, and data-based decision making, including use of electronic documentation systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
- Ability to work independently, manage a hybrid schedule, and travel locally within Tulare, CA and surrounding areas as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community and home-based visits.
