Job Overview
Carpenters needed immediately for local Property Rental Company.

Duties

Remodeling & Repairs to rental properties is primary focus of the job.
Installing/Removing flooring, begin to end sheet rock installation, framing, general carpenter skills are required.
Some knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, HVAC repairs, and general household repairs would be a plus

Qualifications

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
