QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in the remodeling/construction sales world
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in computers and CRMs
- Comfortable and confident with cold calling
Previous experience selling windows, doors, or cabinets is preferred.
PAY: $120,000–$200,000 annually with performance incentives

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR SALES REP
This is a full-time, hybrid role with variable shifts within business hours, based on your schedule and your clients' needs.
In this role, you'll spend your days identifying and creating new business opportunities with contractors and builders, building trusted relationships, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. You'll manage your pipeline with discipline, log every interaction in our CRM, and strategically grow your territory with the goal of generating $1M in sales in your first year, all while representing The Dailey Company with professionalism and confidence.
