WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A FIELD CONSTRUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE?
In this role, you'll spend your days in the field generating new opportunities with contractors and builders, nurturing professional relationships, and building a strong, self-managed sales pipeline. You'll document all activity in our CRM, stay organized and strategic, and work toward generating $1M in sales in your first year while representing The Dailey Company with integrity and confidence.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?
This is a full-time, hybrid position with business-hour availability, scheduled around your clients and sales activity.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR FIELD CONSTRUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE?
- 3 years of experience in the remodeling/construction sales world
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in computers and CRMs
- Comfortable and confident with cold calling
Previous experience selling windows, doors, or cabinets is preferred.
