Job Summary
We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Identify opportunities to offer Family Savings Plan
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Associate degree preferred but not required
Customer Service Representative
- Self-starter, reliable
- Strong customer service skills
- Communicate professionally (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Service Titan knowledge is a plus.
- Bilingual a plus, not required
Working Environment:
- Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, long periods working at a computer
- Dress code is business casual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
