What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Assist with follow-ups on quotes, orders, and general inquiries
- Help maintain customer contact lists and basic account information
- Support Inside Sales with outreach to house accounts
- Document call activity and notes in internal systems
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- Learn basic sales processes and customer engagement techniques
- Fundamentals of inside sales and customer relationship management
- How sales teams grow and manage customer accounts
- Communication and professional phone skills
- Exposure to HVAC products and industry basics
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
