Starting Wage: $29.20 $2.30 shift differential 

Shift: 2nd shift 4:48pm-3:18am Monday- Thursday overtime

What you will do: 

• Builds Rooftop HVAC units by assembling various complex component parts  
• Required to perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, performing tasks including buildup, electrical assembly, interior/exterior component fit-up, and final assembly 
• Uses a computer for assembly drawings 
• Performs a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station.  Performs 5S procedures 
• Takes part in the training process for all new team members 
• Provides input regarding the performance of new team members 
• Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams  
• Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements 
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Ability to operate hand tools 
• Ability to read and understand written English 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Previous manufacturing experience
