Location: Owatonna, MN - I n- O ffice

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance .

• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.

• Administers Human Resources transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

• Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.

• Provides recommendations regarding resolution of employee relations issues.

• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

• Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization .

• Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization .

• Maintains Affirmative Action Plan and ensures compliance with OFCCP regulations.

• Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree In Human Resources or related fields

• 6-8 years of experaince in related field

• 4 years of people leading experience

• Professional in Human Resources (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $ 90,000 to $148 ,000 in MN . The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
