The typical hourly pay for this position ranges from $23.65 to $37.68 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Your Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to company Quality Control procedures, as related to overall inspection requirements
- Cooperate with production personnel and supervision to ensure the maximum of production with the optimum of quality, as established by management
- Inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing material, parts, and assemblies to specifications and blueprints following standard shop practice and/or special instructions
- Train other employees in day-to-day procedures
- Utilize quality tools such as Fishbone Diagram, 3 Legged 5 Why, and 8D methodology
- Support and participate in quality clinic activities
- Determine controls necessary to maintain consistent quality level
- Dispose of rejected material
- Direct repairs and deviated corrections as required
- Generate inspection reports and analysis
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing/operations, or related field
- Vocational or technical degree in a related field (preferred)
