The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000-$153,300 10% bonus in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law. Your Responsibilities
- Manage the annual budgeting process and develop periodic financial forecasts.
- Review actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods to identify trends and variances.
- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
- Translate financial data into actionable recommendations that support strategic and operational decisions.
- Investigate significant revenue, expense, margin, and cash-flow variances and communicate key drivers.
- Work with department heads to develop budgets, monitor spending, and improve financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting, planning processes, and financial systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting, or related field
- 5 years of progressive finance experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to synthesize complex data, identify trends, evaluate alternatives, and develop recommendations that support informed business decisions.
- Communication & Interpersonal Effectiveness: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, build strong relationships, collaborate across functions, and effectively present financial information to diverse audiences.
- Business Acumen & Decision Making: Strong understanding of business operations and financial drivers, with the ability to exercise sound judgment, support strategic objectives, and contribute to profitable business outcomes.
- Customer & Stakeholder Focus: Proven ability to support internal customers, manage priorities effectively, respond to business needs, and deliver on commitments.
